Policy
All tickets will be
mailed the next business day either via 1st class postage or via
certified mail from the United States Postal Service. Customers choosing to
have their passes mailed to them should allow 3 to 5 business days for
delivery. Orders received after 12 noon will not be mailed until the next
business day. Orders received on holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays will not be
mailed until the next business day. Customers choosing to have their passes
mailed to them will be charged a mailing/processing fee.
Customers may also choose
to pick up passes at the Charlotte Transportation
Center. No mailing/processing fee will be charged for
orders that are picked up.
ETC Corporate Customers
All
orders are to be picked up per the instructions on your receipt. Each company
will make arrangements with CATS to pick up the entire order for all of their
employees and distribute the order to those who purchased online. Passes will
be picked up or delivered to employers as per their scheduled date. Any orders
received after the ordering period, will only be available for pick up the next
month. When picking up your order from your employer, you must provide your
electronic receipt. ETC Customers may not pick up passes at the Charlotte
Transportation Center.
