Picking Up Your Passes?

If you selected to pick up your passes at the Charlotte Transportation Center:
  • Please bring your printed receipt to the CATS Customer Service Center located in Pavilion C.
  • If you have placed an order for someone and want them to pick it up, they will need to present the electronic receipt and sign it when they pick up the order.
  • Passes ordered online can be picked up 24 hours after your order is received. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Fridays will not be available for pick up until Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will not be available for pickup until the next business day. 
  • The customer service center is open Monday – Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Passes ordered online may be picked up during these times.
  • ETC Corporate Partner passes cannot be picked up at the Transportation Center. See FAQs for more information.
